BENEFITS TO OUR CUSTOMERS
Due to the growing concern, we have developed a program to ensure
our clients are provided with a safe environment relieving them of
the liability associated with slip fall claims. Our company has
partnered with the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI) and the
National Safety Counsel (NSC) to offer the most comprehensive Safety
program in North America.
We are committed to providing solutions that not only make floors
safer, but that make business sense as well. You have to clean your
floors, so why not implement a cleaning program that incorporates
safer floors which will save you money. Your floors will be safer
wet than dry, and we will minimize your floor maintenance costs.
We will help you to reduce your liability exposure. We can
provide proven case studies showing how large corporate companies
have greatly reduced their liability exposure after following our
recommended maintenance program.
Our business is based on setting up Floor Safety Programs. We
will audit the facility, determine areas of concern such as slip and
fall liability, and then offer a solution to the concern if one was
found. We do not simply test the floor friction and try and sell a
traction product. If some of your locations do not require a
solution then we will simply audit and set up trend analysis of that
location. If a corporate owner shows due diligences in regards to
safety and can prove on a continuous bases that the facility has an
accident prevention program in place, this proactive approach will
dissuade liability. That is our approach.
Below is a detailed outline of the Advantages of Maximum Floor
Safety, Accident Prevention Specialists and other traction product
supply companies you may run into.
· We Baseline Audit the facility, not simply test the
coefficient of friction as you may find other individuals doing.
· We are Certified NFSI Walkway Auditing Safety Specialist, and Slip and Fall Accident Prevention Specialists. These qualifications are very important if your Floor Safety Program is brought into question by a personal injury lawyer.
The professionals
implementing this program must have the required qualifications and
certifications in order to execute these audits.
· We include full site diagrams of the facility in order to
maintain an accurate record of any changes in the facility.
· We strictly follow the NFSI “Walkway Auditing
Guideline” found at www.nfsi.org.
We follow this guideline which has a proven tract record of maximum
liability reduction.
· We offer Continuous Audits of the facility and compare any
differences to that of the Base Line Audit. This continuous re-test
is the basis of our program.
· If we made the determination that a traction product
should be implemented then we use impartial, third party certified
independent inspectors to revisit the facility.
· Continual audits will be performed to determine if the products are standing up to the test of time and are compliant with or exceeding all Industry Standards.
· Our inspectors are located across North America. Therefore
we are the only company that can offer our program on a National
level.
· These inspectors will all have access to the only NFSI,
NSC and soon ANSI approved Tribometer, the Universal Walkways Binary
Output Tribometer (B.O.T).
· Maximum Floor Safety is on the NFSI and ANSI Standards
main voting committee along with a delegates from many other Mass
Retail Corporations. We are leaders in this industry and are a key
part of implementing International Safety Standards.
